This new feature makes it even faster and easier than ever to reward your contributors. One of our most requested features for Gitcoin is the ability to pay out multiple contributors at once. I am thrilled to say that that feature is live today! If you navigate to your bounty, you will see a button entitled ‘Payout’.

I am thrilled to say that that feature is live today!
If you navigate to your bounty, you will see a button entitled ‘Payout’.
Click it, and you will be taken to a page that allows you to select between basic payout, and advanced payout:
If you select Advanced Payout, you will be taken to the following form:
Using the ‘Advanced Payout’ Form, you can payout to multiple parties at once.
Click ‘Add’ to add new rows to the payout table; As soon as you fill out the form with usernames and percentage amounts to pay out, you will see a live preview of your transactions on the right hand side.
When you submit the form, you will be asked to confirm a series of Metamask transactions, and the payout preview form will tell you which one you are confirming, one-by-one.
We hope you enjoy this new feature of Gitcoin. We’ve been using a few times internally, and we’re thrilled with how much easier to makes it much easier to payout cooperative bounties and competitive bounties!
You can now both crowdfund bounties and pay out bounties to many contributors. We are very excited about the emergent mesh network of jobs that is being built on this platform, and can’t wait to see you all try it!
